I have two pairs of flip flops. The pink pair is about a size 4-5(says small) my two year old has a pair of these. The blue pair are 11-12 about ages 4-5. These retail for $15 and can be yours if you win the contest.

So here is what you have to do to win your choice either the pink or blue pair.

Tell me the reason you love being a mom. Leave the comment here. I will pick a winner on Thursday July 22rd, In the morning. There is no right answer, but I am looking for something the most heartfelt, the most loving, wonderful response. I am having a sentimental day. I am going to let the fans vote for the best reply.

Next contest is a scavenger hunt when we reach 750 fans.

  1. I LOVE being a MOM to my 2 kids and also pregnant with my 3rd. I lOVE being home with them every day and learning something new MYSELF each day. Also now knowing that I have another lil one that will soon join their brother and sister. Also that I have my husband there supporting me along the way :)

  2. I love being a mom because everyday is new and exciting. I get to relive life through the eyes of my 2 year old. Even the most mundane tasks become exciting when looking at it from my son's point of view. :D

  3. Honestly, for me its the little things. No matter how hard the day (I stay at home with my three munchkins aged 4 and under so there are MANY hard days) there are always tons of little snippets that take my breath away. When my two year old little boy cocks his head to one side, puts his chubby hand on my cheek and asks me in the sweetest voice if I want to play blocks with him--breathless. When my 4 year old daughter sounds her way syllable by syllable through a BOB book and leaps on me, giggling with pride for her accomplishment--breathless. And then there's my sweet, chubbier than chubby 7 month old baby girl reaching her arms to me so I'll come pick her up for a squishy cuddle--it just sucks the wind right out of me and fills me with this wave of pure satisfaction. I make a lot of mistakes as a mom--I yell more than I want to, sometimes my patience runs out before the day does, but at the end of the day the look in their eyes tells me I've gotten the one thing that matters right: They know how deeply and absolutely they are loved. And who wouldn't love a job like that?

  5. Well, I'm not much writer so I'm not sure how my ramblings will sound, but comes from an over flowing heart filled with love.
My 3 buddies are 5 and under and they truly are my sunshine. If it were not for them I could not wake up everyday. I always knew from the time I was a little girl that I wanted to be a mom, I just never knew how much until I actually got the honor to be one.
Don't get me wrong, my children are not perfect, just perfect for me. As a full time Mom, I have my frustrating moments, but when my 2 yr. old has his diaper off for a change, and he starts wiggling his butt around, announces he is going to be a man dancer. It makes it all worth while. He literally cracks me up everyday. Everyday they say " Mom, you want to be best buddies?" Of course what better friends could I have.
I miss them when we are away from each other even for an hour. It drives me nuts, I don't know what to do with myself. My little one always says " Mommy I want you " I tell him I'm right here, but all he really wants is to get in my arms for a snuggle. Children are definitely worth the sleepless nights and hours of time. I love them so much, more than I ever thought I could love another human being. I get to have 3.

  6. Why I love being a mother? Seriously, for me, it is because I am finding my joy in this life through my children. They are exciting. They are wonderful. They are incredible. I love Charlie's infectious giggles, and Emily's inquisitive nature, and Aaron's perfect sweetness. I love being a mother, because I truly want to be a better person because of my children.
